Our process is simplified to keep costs down for you. We dont carry stock and make each product to order so please allow up to 14 days for delivery from the time of ordering Most orders however are completed in 3-5 days

We post most of our orders using the UK Postal Service and in the event of loss or late deliver we ask that you check with your post office and/sorting office in the 1st instance. Most of the time it is as simple as the PO taking the item back to their sorting office due to failed delivery. If you still have issues please get in touch via email
